Now there's a version number in the status bar. I think it's all the status bar is used for at the moment!

Will be in next release.

Yeh time for an "about" dialog!

Next build I'll slip in a quick version number in the status bar on load.

Trying to install the latest will confirm you have the latest though. It will complain it's already installed.

P.S. Love it!

Yep, I can confirm that behaviour. If the start point is left at 0, it loads in the variance/endpoint fine. If the start point is moved off zero, then it fails to load back in.

If you leave the loop 0,0 up to the estimated time, it is recorded without problems.

When you fix this, do the same for images not saving.

I took the liberty of peeking at the XML in the save file, hope you don't mind

Mind! Nah. Pleased more likely.

I'll have a look into why that may be. It's just the built in .net XML serialisation stuff. Let's hope I can fix that.

Cheers!

First off, Iain, you're doing an absolutely brilliant job with Softrope. The interface is incredibly intuitive and 20 mins after picking it up I can see how to do everything I need it to do. Well done and thankyou for all your work.

That said I've found what looks like a small bug. When you save a module, the LoopGap and LoopGapVariance values are saved (I took the liberty of peeking at the XML in the save file, hope you don't mind :-) but they don't seem to be loaded correctly when you load it back in, so the sounds loop without any delays.

Thanks

Dr V
