I opened up a new scene and created two different sound effects each one having 1 sample --> A .wav file in the first one and a .mp3 file in the second.
I named the 1st sound effect then I played the scene with each sound effect having the button -Toggle sequential triggering of samples- pressed down.
Then while playing, I muted the first track and then clicked the -Toggle to predelay button- on the same track and it crashed.
